With an annual production of 15,000 pounds of fish, this hatchery rears the entire statewide supply of tiger muskellunge and produces pond-reared walleye fingerlings.
 

South Otselic Hatchery also rears small lots of wild, heritage-strain brook trout.
 

The facility is open Monday through Friday year-round for visitors.
