Spencer Speedway opened in 1955 and is a ½-mile flat asphalt oval located in Williamson, New York, about 18 miles from Rochester.

Currently NASCAR sanctioned as part of the Whelen All-American Modified Series, the Speedway also has a 1/8-mile National Hot Road Association sanctioned drag strip. Drag racing, stock and modified car races take place here. The Spencer Speedway is now managed by the Race of Champions organization, which hosts six modified car races at the track on Fridays during the summer season.
