Come stretch and sip at Ledge Rock Hill Winery! No prior yoga experience needed, this class is for all fitness levels. This event combines a 45 minute flow of yoga poses guided by Jessica Gregoire followed by a wine tasting. After focusing your mind and bodies, our knowledgeable wine-tasting associates will guide you through a tasting of six wines of your choosing. You'll also receive a souvenir Ledge Rock Hill Winery logo wine glass.

Practicing yoga prior to tasting wine opens up the senses and will allow you to experience the wine more deeply. Come for the class and stay for a glass!

Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
