Join Riverside Maple Farms every Saturday and Sunday in January, February, and March from 12-3 pm for Sugar on Snow!

Made famous in Little House on the Prairie, Sugar on Snow is a New England tradition; Enjoy hot maple syrup poured over shaved ice, creating a delicious taffy treat.

While you are there, take a tour of Riverside Maple Farms and learn how maple syrup is made; grab a bowl of hot mac and cheese from area food truck favorite The Mac Factor. Hike, snowshoe, or cross country ski the 1/4 mile Maple-Beer trail from us to Wolf Hollow Brewing Company.

This fun and tasty event is free and open to all!
