Noah Cyrus makes her debut appearance on the Chevy Park stage at the Chevrolet Music Festival at the 2021 Great New York State Fair. Sunday, August 29 at 2 p.m. The singer/songwriter and actress is known for songs like “Make Me (Cry),” “July” and “Lonely” singer. All concerts are sponsored by Chevrolet and are free with admission to the Fair.
