Join the family fun and see how New Yorkers play in the snow! The festival This annual event features snow sculpture, crafts, bands, snowshoe walk/run, skating, sled dogs, children’s activities, vendors, refreshments and more. Also hosts two food competitions - a Chili cook-off contest and a Chicken Wing contest. This event is free.
