Performer, presenter, educator pianist Aaron Wunsch is lauded for his "masterful" performances (Hartford Courant) and has collaborated in performance with cellist Lynn Harrell, clarinetists Charles Neidich and Anthony McGill, violinists Miranda Cuckson and Jennifer Koh and more. He has worked with numerous composers and makes frequent recital and teaching tours to Asia.He studied at Yale University, the Mozarteum in Salzburg (Fulbright Fellowship) and at The Juilliard School, and is currently on faculty at Juilliard and Artistic Director of the Music Mondays series in New York City and the Skaneateles Festival. The Skaneateles Festival, under the artistic direction of the husband & wife team of pianist Aaron Wunsch and cellist Julia Bruskin, is central NY's premier chamber music festival. Weeknight concerts are held in the picturesque lakeside village of Skaneateles. Saturday concerts are held outdoors & under the stars at nearby Anyela's Vineyards. The festival season usually runs throughout the month of August, however, this 2021 will be an abbreviated season and some events will be virtual.
