Making their fourth appearance at the fair, Rock n’ Roll Hall of Famer Joan Jett and her band The Blackhearts return to the Great New York State Fair on Labor Day. The singer famous for “I Love Rock ‘N Roll,” "Bad Reputation" and “Crimson And Clover” will perform at 1 p.m. on the Chevy Park stage.
