The Spinners, the legendary soul group behind unforgettable hits such as “I’ll Be Around,” “Could It Be I’m Falling In Love?” and “Rubberband Man,” will return to the Great New York State Fair at a venue to be announced. It will be the seventh appearance for The Spinners, stretching back to 1985. All concerts are sponsored by Chevrolet and are free with $3 admission to the Fair.
