The Grandview’s New Year’s Gala is a must for Hudson Valley party-goers. Six hours of top-shelf open bar is certainly a draw, but the sheer variety of cuisine truly takes the cake. Try your hardest not to completely fill up on food during the 90-minute cocktail reception. Oyster shooters, almond-crusted goat cheese medallions, Cubanos, angus sliders, mussels possilippo, and many other succulent snacks are served early in the evening. Next, dig into mains like filet mignon and pesto chicken breast, all served with a beet-burata starter salad. Finally, just minutes to midnight, The Grandview rolls out one final snack cart.
