After a hiatus in 2021, Rice Creek is bringing back the Celebrate Snow winter festival. This year's festival will include outdoor, hands-on family activities related to snow and winter. Entrance and most activities are free and open to all; however, outside vendors may charge for certain activities. *COVID update: masks are now required both indoors and outdoors except when eating or drinking due to a new SUNY Oswego policy.
