Looking for a way to reflect, recharge, and spend some time outside? The stillness of winter can help us find peace and balance within ourselves. Join us for a meditative hike through Baltimore Woods. As we explore peaceful spots in The Woods, we’ll practice short meditative exercises to clear our minds and get in touch with our surroundings. This program includes a hike with a moderate hill.
This program is designed for adults.
Please dress for the weather. Snowshoes will be provided if necessary.
