Not your typical triathlon! Tune up your bike, grab your life vest, lace up your shoes, and sign up for Schenectady County's 10th Annual Pedal-Paddle-Run. Challenge yourself, stay fit, or compete for your best-time ever on this unique course along New York's legendary Erie Canalway.
The course consists of three distinct legs: a 7 mile bike loop on the Empire State Trail and along Aqueduct Road, a 2mile kayak paddle on the Eric Canal, and a 5-k run along the scenic Mohawk River.
