Oswego County Paddlefest set for July 22, 2017

Paddlers of all ages and abilities can paddle through the New York State Canal System & Locks from Fulton (LC- Long Course) or Minetto (SC - Short Course) to H. Lee White Maritime Museum at Oswego. This great event encourages kayakers, canoeists and visitors to enjoy and appreciate the unique beauty of the historic Oswego River. New this year we will paddle past the Tall Ships ending a the H. Lee White Maritime Museum at Oswego Education Center.
The Rock The Locks Festival will be held along River Walk West which is open to the whole community as we celebrate our beatiful waterways. Food trucks and Musical Entertainment all day. the perfect place to relax after the event or come as a spectator and watch the boats paddle along the river.
Early Registration is $25 per adult/ $10 per minor (*Registration after 7/19/17 and Limited Day-of-Registration is $35 per adult/ $10 per minor) Registration includes a $5 food truck voucher at Rock the Locks, launch point *shuttle service to launch location, and participant insurance

- Stand Up Paddleboards

TALL SHIPS EVENT ADD ON: Festival of Ships - Once you complete Paddlefest journey and exit near the H. Lee White Maritime Museum you'll have your tickets in hand to tour the tall ships that will be in Oswego that weekend. All proceeds for Tall Ship Ticket sales go to benefit the H. Lee White Maritime Museum. Any issues with tickets and tours must be handled directly with the museum or tour group.
This year a portion of the proceeds go to the Oswego Lions Club
