Wellesley Island State Park has the largest camping complex in the Thousand Islands region. A rustic paradise, fishing is excellent and the park has a full-service marina and three boat launches.


An inviting sandy beach on the river offers great swimming and sunbathing and golfers can take a swing at the 9-hole Wellesley Island State Park Golf Course on the Island. Nature lovers will want to check out the trails and adventure at Minna Anthony Common Nature Center.
