Lake Placid Lodge is an alpine-style lodge set on the banks of Lake Placid among lush woods

Just 3.6 miles from Lake Placid Village and set on the banks of Lake Placid among lush woods, this alpine-style lodge features guest rooms and cabins decorated with art and antiques and boasting polished wood, stone fireplaces with stacks of logs and beds hand-carved by local artisans.

 
The lodge has two dining options including an elegant, farm-to-table restaurant, Artisans, as well as Maggie’s Pub, offering upscaled pub fare. Other amenities include WiFi access, turn-down service, meeting and event space and access to 18-hole championship course and eight tennis courts.


Cross-country skis, snowshoes and skates are complimentary in winter and mountain bikes, canoes, kayaks and electric boats in summer. The Lodge also hosts boat tours on a mahogany Hacker-Craft or pontoon boat and bonfires with hot chocolate and s’mores.
