Adirondac Rafting Co. offers 16 miles of whitewater rafting through the scenic and wild Hudson River Gorge from spring through summer. Adirondack whitewater rafting on the Hudson River Gorge is rated one of the top trips in the United States and your trip will bring you through the largest protected wilderness area in New York State.
The busy spring run-off provides white water rafters with wild Class III, IV and V rapids while summer brings a wild Class III river along with time to enjoy a swim and riverside lunch in between rapids, making it a great family adventure. Fall provides a moderate class III whitewater as the average river level tends to run a tad higher than in summer.
Rates include licensed professional river guide, riverside lunch, rafting gear and a short bus shuttle to and from the Hudson River Gorge. The company also features a comfortable rustic lodge with full changing facilities and gift store.
