Built in 1883 and set on a private island on Lake George, this luxury resort offers a variety of accommodations including an elegant hotel, inviting lodges with kitchens and fireplaces, and split-level suites in a carriage house, two-bedroom condos and a unique lake house for up to 12 guests.
 

Amenities include six dining options, seasonal pub and poolside bar, an onsite spa, fitness center plus indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi. The resort also boasts an 18-hole golf course, 5 tennis courts and a recreation area with ping pong and basketball.
