Part of the beautiful Chautauqua Institution, the Chautauqua Golf Club offers two 18-hole, 72 par, regulation length courses – the Hill Course and the Lake Course.

Part of the beautiful Chautauqua Institution, the Chautauqua Golf Club offers two 18-hole, 72 par, regulation length courses – the Hill Course and the Lake Course. The two four-star rated courses are both are public golf courses.
 

The Hill Course features stunning views of both Chautauqua Lake and the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside. It also boasts tree-lined fairways, frequent dog legs and small but gently-sloped greens.
 

The Lake Course was designed by legendary golf architect Donald Ross. Completed in 1924, this course is characterized by its open tee shots and challenging approaches to small, often steeply sloped greens.
 

A golf experience at this club includes a pro shop, golf storage, golf cart rental, adult golf clinics, junior golf clinics and camps and private instruction. After a round of golf, enjoy drinks and food at the onsite The Double Eagle Patio on the Green.

 
The Chautauqua Golf Club’s Lake Course was named one of Golf Advisor’s Best of 2018, ranking No. 5 in the website’s listing of the publicly accessible courses that delivered the best playing conditions.
