Jazz at the Lake

2024 dates TBA: More than 35 years ago, the first Jazz at the Lake event was held in Lake George. Today, the event has become a popular annual staple for jazz fans from near and far.


Put on by the Lake George Arts Project, the free, three-day festival is held in September each year, with musical performances from renowned jazz artists taking place in Lake George’s famed Shepard Park, right on the water, as well as at other stages throughout town. In addition to the live music, there are food and apparel vendors, and the weekend provides the opportunity to enjoy the attractions and amenities that the popular Lake George area has to offer as well.
