Spend an evening with Eutierria Wellness Practitioners Evelyn and Gina to experience a journey of total relaxation. We will assist you in gentle, restorative yoga poses. As you hold each pose, you will receive massage and reiki on different areas of the body, and we will guide you through deep breathing and meditation. As we change poses, you will be guided to do some stretching.

In the second half of the class, you will deepen your relaxation in an immersive sound bath featuring the vibrations and sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, flute, rainstick, and voice.
