Cayuga Lake Wine trail is a 'Must Visit'
posted by Deb Denny at 2017-07-06 20:20:00
TThe Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, established in 1983, is America’s first organized and longest running wine trail in the country. Comprised of 16 member wineries, including one cidery, a meadery and four distilleries, this stunningly scenic trail with breathtaking waterfalls, lush farmlands and delectable eateries offers something for everyone.
Over the years, these family owned and operated wineries have won more than 5,900 national and international medals, including six Governor’s Cups and Winery of the Year three years in a row. Plan your Great Lakes Vacation to include a wine tour and see why the Finger Lakes wine country has been voted one of the top 10 most beautiful wine countries in the world. And all of the wineries along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail are happy to say that they are pet-friendly!
